Whether you are a fisherman or just a fugu fish buyer, it is not recommended to deal with fugu fish
 unless you have a good knowledge of how to clean fugu fish and prepare for a meal. 
The forbidden parts of the fugu fish body are the head, the skin, intestines, eggs, liver, bile, and the spinal cord. Skinning without separating the head from the skin
Put the fish after skinning under opened tape for at least 30 minutes
Remove the spinal cord

Soaking the fish meat in white vinegar or lemon is advised by some fishermen but there is no scientific evidence about any effect of both on the poison found in the fugu fish.
